All orders will enter our production queue at the time they are placed. It generally takes three to five weeks for your order to move through our production and finishing process and into shipping. Since we only ship using UPS Ground, it will take an additional 3 to 5 business days in transit depending on your proximity to Ohio.
We will send an e-mail notification to you when your order enters production, when it is in the finishing stage, and then again when it has shipped along with the tracking number. You will be notified directly by UPS in the event your shipment is delayed or changes in any way.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and do not include holidays or weekends.
